Frequency of distribution of joint involvement in rheumatoid arthritis patients.

Objectives: To determine the frequency of joint distribution in rheumatoid arthritis presenting at Independent University Hospital Faisalabad. Assessment involvement RA patients is not only important to disease activity but also assess future damage. Study Design: Cross Sectional Study. Setting: Period: July 2019 Jan 2020. Material & Methods: 384 consecutive fulfilling inclusion and exclusion criteria, either sex between age 17- 60 years were enrolled from Rheumatology division Faisalabad Frequency was assessed. Chi square test used compare among different treatment groups, groups gender, duration. A p-valve < 0.05 considered statistically significant. Results: In this study with studied. Joint determined according pattern involved presentation. More (178) noted oligoarticular group, predominant small 111 (28.9%). 173 poly-articular group 102 (26.6%) involvement. Conclusion: Pattern very especially if there monoarthritis or oligoarthritis, along its association onset, duration, investigations.
